The Catalyst Business Center
The Catalyst Business Center concept is a cross between an office suite, a business
incubator, and a business-focused community center. The first Catalyst Business
Center was developed in Suwanee, Georgia, just north of Atlanta in 2007. The systems
required to run this Center effectively were documented and tested and the concept was
proven on a small scale. However, the business economics since 2009 have not
supported expansion of this concept either locally, let alone on a state, region or national
scale.
In January, 2012, the CBC was reduced in size and relocated to a smaller footprint in
Suwanee, GA. Over time, the business economy will recover and the need will come
back. At that time, we will re-establish the full CBC in Gwinnett County and start
expanding across the country
Until then, we occasionally have space available in our office suite located on
Lawrenceville Suwanee Road in Suwanee, GA. If you would like to learn more about this
