Q: What Industries do you work with?
A: Some people find it hard to accept that over 75% of what needs to get done in
business is the same no matter what industry or profession. If you really think about
it, you will see that this is true. Everyone has to generate leads, make sales, satisfy
customers, hire and retain great people, deal with difficult issues, plan and execute,
balance work and family, manage finances, develop employees and turn them into
team members, understand and manage finances, deal with government entities,
take time off work, develop systems that will last well after they retire, make key
transitions in personnel and markets, orchestrate the activities of many people with
different skills and personalities, and so much more.
Lee likes to say, "The only people we cannot help are the people who do not
understand the technical aspects of their profession. These people will
benefit most from someone who has worked in their profession for years.
On the other hand, if the restaurateur knows how to run the front and the
back of the house, the architect knows how to design and draw buildings,
and the surgeon knows how to repair the human body, we can help all of
them learn how to run their business better."
So, give us a call and we will tell you if we can't help... But, we probably can. If not,
we probably know someone that we can refer you to who will help.
Q: Do you travel?
Yes, Lee has presented to groups in over 30 countries (Although, he is talking about
charging extra if he has to drive through Atlanta in rush hour.).
Q: How much advance notice do you need for a speaking engagement?
This depends on many factors, like the venue and the location, the topic, the size of
the group, how much customization needs to be done, etc. However, four weeks is
the minimum and eight to ten weeks is preferred. Since Lee and his team coach
executives and business owners, they need to provide advanced notice for
rescheduling mentoring sessions.
